汽车不锈钢与紧固件腐蚀机理浅析及解决方案 被引量:2

摘要 通过对汽车常用不锈钢与紧固件连接处发生的腐蚀进行机理研究,发现紧固件镀锌、锌铝、锌镍件之间电位差差异较小,改变紧固件镀层不能解决腐蚀问题,只能通过改变不锈钢材料来降低与紧固件的电位差或通过电泳漆等非金属隔离层隔离不锈钢与紧固件连接,规避两者接触引起的电偶腐蚀。 In this paper,the corrosion mechanism of stainless steel and fastener joints commonly used in automobiles was studied. It was found that the differences of potential difference of zinc plating,zinc-aluminium plating,zinc-nickel plating for fasteners were very small,and changing the coating of fasteners could not solve the corrosion problem. The galvanic corrosion caused by contact between them could only be avoided by changing the stainless-steel materials,or by separating stainless steel from fasteners,such as electrophoretic paint and other non-metallic isolation layer.
