连续性血液净化治疗新生儿肾功能衰竭的临床应用及护理

Clinical application and nursing of continuous blood purification in the treatment of neonatal renal failure

目的探讨连续性血液净化治疗新生儿肾功能衰竭的临床应用及护理。方法本文对13例肾功能衰竭新生儿行连续血液净化治疗,治疗过程中,严密监测病情变化和机器运作,并积极进行有效的管道护理、抗凝技术、体温管理、皮肤管理等护理工作。结果本组患儿治疗过程中血流动力学稳定,治疗后生命体征、血气分析、生化参数等指标明显好转,护理并发症发生率低。结论连续性血液净化治疗新生儿肾功能衰竭效果好,可清除体内多余水分,代谢废物、毒物,清除各种细胞因子、炎症介质,纠正水电解质紊乱,促进肾功能恢复,是治疗新生儿肾功能衰竭的理想选择;熟练的血液净化技术操作技能,全程严密的监护,保证了治疗的安全性和有效性。

Objective To explore the clinical application and nursing of continuous blood purification in the treatment of neonatal renal failure.Methods 13 neonates with renal failure were treated by continuous blood purification. The changes in the condition and the operating system of the machine were closely monitored during the treatment process, and effectively pipeline nursing, anticoagulation technique, temperature management, and skin management were actively carried out. Results The hemodynamics of neonatal were stable during the treatment, the vital signs, blood gas analysis,and biochemical parameters, and other indicators were significantly better after treatment. The incidence of nursing complications was low. Conclusion Continuous blood purification has a good effect in the treatment of neonatal renal failure, which is an ideal choice for the treatment of neonatal renal failure by removing excess water, metabolic wastes, and poisons, removing various cytokines and inflammatory mediators, correcting the disorders of water and electrolyte, and promoting the recovery of renal function. Skilled blood purification techniques and strict monitoring in the whole process ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment.
