多方合作构建立体化人才培养体系——适合于地方高校的信息安全人才培养模式

网络空间安全已上升为国家战略,这无疑将高校相关人才培养提到新的高度。但目前信息安全人才培养过程中还面临着与实际社会需求存在差距、实践动手能力培养未达预期以及创新能力培养不足等问题。加之信息安全学科与专业本身特点给人才培养带来的挑战。有必要研究和探讨信息安全人才培养模式改革,即如何培养符合社会需求的高质量信息安全人才。文章将介绍成都信息工程大学在信息安全人才培养中的一系列举措,包括:政产学研四方合力的人才培养模式,立体化创新实践能力培养体系,学生科技社团加课外科技竞赛促学体系。多年实践证明上述模式和举措适合于地方高校实际,能够有效提高人才培养质量。

Cyberspace Security isone of the most important part of national security,which calls for a huge number of talented cyber security talents.However,universities fail to meet that request.For example,there is a huge gap between the graduates'capacity and the real job market requirement.The practical abilities of graduates are not that good as expected,and so on.What makes things worse is that characteristics of cyber security itself also setup challenges for the training program.Based on above observations,it is necessary to discuss how to reshape and reform the cyber security training program,by which we can train more talented cyber security graduates.In this paper,we will introduce what we do and how we do to achieve the purpose in Chengdu University of Information Technology,including cooperation and effort form all the stakeholders,multi-dimension training system to improve the ability to put theory into practice,and introducing student interest group and science and technology contest into training process.Results shows that our methods can be an effective alternative for improving undergraduates'capacity,and are especially suitable for regional universities.
