红色资源教育对高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育的实践探索

目的:大学生思想政治教育工作是当下高校的重点工作,随着高校少数民族大学生数量逐年增加,少数民族学生思想政治教育工作重要性日益凸显。通过对陕西红色文化资源对两所高校少数民族学生思想政治教育工作的研究,旨在了解少数民族学生思想政治教育工作现状及问题,分析红色资源在高校少数民族学生群体思想政治教育教学中的实际运用情况,发掘红色资源教育的现实作用、价值意义、教学优势,分析存在的问题及原因,提出有针对性的建议和对策,切实加强民族学生对红色文化资源价值认同、思想引领、行为保障,努力提高少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作实效。方法:采用问卷调查法,对两所高校211名民族大学生进行调查,采用因子分析法对影响红色教育效果的各变量进行数据分析,用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果:两所高校红色资源教育效果影响因素存在一定差异,在A校除学生主观意愿外,其余因素都对红色教育效果具有显著的正向影响效应,且在诸多影响效应中,学生的主观行动影响作用最大。而在B校,学生的主观意愿对红色教育效果也有显著影响作用,且主管行动依然是影响红色教育效果的最主要因素。结论:1.红色文化资源是高校开展思想政治教育的宝贵资源,其作为优质教育资源,对当代大学生爱国热情、理想信念、意志品格有着极为重要的正面示范教育引导作用;2.加强少数民族学生红色基因教育,对学生坚定理想信念、筑牢思想防线、抵御和防范极端思想渗透和侵袭,具有极为重要的现实意义和作用。

Purpose:Currently,ideological and political education work among college students is a matter of cardinal task for Chinese universities and institutes,especially for the ethnic minority students along with the increasing number of them who come to achieving the various levels of degree.The research purposeis to understand the current situation and existing problems in the ideological and political education work of ethnic minority students.The paper analyses the practical application of red heritage resource in instructing this ethnic minority group,according to the study of two universities for the utilization of red heritage resource in Shaanxi province in the ideological and political education work.By those approaches,this research will try to explore the realistic function,the true meaning and value,teaching superiority of special pedagogy with red heritage resource.Meanwhile,this study analyses the underlying reasons of problems arising from this kind of methodology,provide the useful suggestions and pragmatic strategies.Accordingly,the value of identity,the ideological leadership and the behavioral guarantee will be enhanced and reinforced,the effectiveness of the ideological and political education work among ethnic minority students will be promoted.Methodology:Questionnaire investigation and Interview method will be adopted,and Stratified cluster sampling method will be the methodological option,combined with the statistical analysis harnessing SPSS17.0 software,for the ethnic minority students among two 211 key comprehensive universities.Results:As for the effects of the red resources education,there are some distinctiveness between two universities.In the A university,other elements have obviously positive impacts on the red resources education except subjective willingness among students.Meanwhile,this subjective willingness plays the major role among these factors.While in the B university,students'subjective willingness also plays the apparent role.Besides,administrative behaviors are the key ingredient compared with other elements.Conclusion:Conclusion:red cultural resource is of great significance for the ideological and political education work among college students.As the excellently superior resources,those resources are and will play the very crucial role for the education and instruction of patriotic enthusiasm,ideal and faith and the formation of willpower and character.Strengthening the red genetic education among ethnic minority students is of critical significance for the firming belief and ideal,guarding the ideological and political defence,and resisting and guarding against the infiltration and invasion of extreme thoughts.
