摘要
某型钢轨打磨列车作业发电机冷却风扇运转造成室内负压很大,空气中的粉尘以及打磨过程中的铁屑随着气流进入室内。发电机冷却进风口吸入含金属粉尘的空气,容易造成发电机烧损等问题。本项目提出了作业发电机室结构改进方案,并通过改进试验,对改造前后的室内真空度进行了对比,证明该方案可有效降低作业发电机室内部负压,改善发电机组冷却条件;减少粉尘进入发电机室,改善发电机工作环境。
The working of the cooling fan in the working generator room of the type rail grinding train caused a serious negative pressure.the dust in the air and the iron dust produced in work enterd into the room with airflow.the cooling air inlet of the generator sucted much metallic dust air,which could lead to damage of the generator,and so on.The project made some structure transformation to the working generator room,and did same contrast tests of the vacuum in the room before and after the structure transformation,which could provide that the project could effectively reduce the negative pressure in the working generator room,and improve the generator cooling conditions,so that it could reduce the dust that into the generator room,and Improve the working environment of the generator.
