摘要
为解决传统冶金高炉生产监控系统效率低的问题,基于PLC设计冶金高炉生产监控系统。硬件部分对高性能传感器选型以及三相电调理电路进行设计。软件部分,通过建立PPI高级监控数据采集协议,读取冶金高炉生产监控数据,完成冶金高炉生产监控。构建实例分析表明,实验组监控波特率高于对照组,能够解决传统监控系统效率低的问题。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of traditional metallurgical blast furnace production monitoring system,the metallurgical blast furnace production monitoring system is designed based on PLC.In the hardware part,high performance sensor selection and three-phase electric conditioning circuit are designed.In the software part,through the establishment of PPI advanced monitoring data acquisition protocol,the metallurgical blast furnace production monitoring data is read,and the metallurgical blast furnace production monitoring is completed.The analysis of the construction example shows that the baud rate of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group,which can solve the problem of low efficiency of the traditional monitoring system.
