基于图像融合的有色金属矿山智能监控系统设计研究

摘要 针对传统监控系统在有色金属矿山应用中存在的监控波特率低,造成监控效率低影响矿山企业正常运行的问题,开展基于图像融合的有色金属矿山智能监控系统设计研究。通过对监控器、电源等硬件设计,和基于图像融合的有色金属矿山数据处理、有色金属矿山设备故障智能监控等软件设计,提出一种全新的监控系统。通过实验证明,该监控系统与传统监控系统相比,监控比特率更高,说明监控效率更理想,值得广泛应用和推广。 Aiming at the problem that the monitoring baud rate of the traditional monitoring system in the application of non-ferrous metal mines is low,which results in the low monitoring efficiency affecting the normal operation of mining enterprises,the design of intelligent monitoring system for non-ferrous metal mines based on image fusion is studied.A new monitoring system is proposed through hardware design of monitor,power supply and software design of non-ferrous metal mine data processing and intelligent monitoring of non-ferrous metal mine equipment fault based on image fusion.The experimental results show that the monitoring system has higher bit rate than the traditional monitoring system,which indicates that the monitoring efficiency is more ideal and worthy of wide application and popularization.
