矿山机械电气设备故障分析与检修

Fault analysis and maintenance of electrical equipment of mining machinery

目前,新城金矿机械电气设备的发展趋向于自动化、大型化,对矿山机械电气设备进行故障分析和维修的能力也必须随之提高。由于机电设备发生故障的情况多种多样,因此无法用定性标准进行诊断。矿井机械和电气设备一旦出现故障,不仅会造成很大的经济损失,而且会给矿井机械和电气设备本身带来一定的危害。这就要求相关人员对矿井机械和电气设备故障进行及时的分析和维修,最大程度保证矿井机械和电气设备工作的安全与稳定。本文中主要结合新城金矿的实际情况,总结分析了矿山机械电气设备常见的故障,并给出了处理故障的重要举措。

At present,the development of mechanical and electrical equipment in Xincheng Gold Mine tends to be automatic and large-scale,so the ability of fault analysis and maintenance of mining machinery and electrical equipment must be improved accordingly.Due to the variety of mechanical and electrical equipment failures,it is impossible to use qualitative criteria for diagnosis.Once the mine machinery and electrical equipment failure,not only will cause great economic losses,but also will bring certain harm to the mine machinery and electrical equipment itself.This requires the relevant personnel to mine machinery and electrical equipment failure timely analysis and maintenance,to maximize the safety and stability of mine machinery and electrical equipment work.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of Xincheng Gold Mine,the common faults of mining machinery and electrical equipment are summarized and analyzed,and the important measures to deal with the faults are given.
