电感耦合等离子发射光谱法在土壤样品氧化铋和硫化铋测定中的应用

摘要 电感耦合等离子发射光谱法在土壤样品氧化铋和硫化铋测定中应用效果良好,能够较好的获取氧化铋和硫化铋的含量,具有精度高、操作简便的优势。4件样品的5组平行试验结果表明,其各个相态的标准偏差均小于5%,说明试验精密度满足试验要求;其相对偏差介于-0.42~1.13之间,说明该方法所获测试结果的准确度也满足试验要求,反映出电感耦合等离子发射光谱法在测定土壤样品中铋矿物相方面具有良好的应用效果。 Inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy has a good effect in soil sample bismuth oxide and bismuth sulfide,and can obtain the content of zirconium oxide and vulcanized radon better,with high precision and easy operation advantages.The five sets of parallel test results of 4 samples showed that the standard deviation of each phase state was less than 5%,indicating that the test precision met the test requirements,and the relative deviation was between-0.42 and 1.13,indicating that the accuracy of the test results obtained by the method also met the test requirements,reflecting that the inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy had a good application effect in determining the mineral phase of the soil sample.
