摘要
新城二分矿采用单翼斜拉式通风系统,其中风机作为重要的通风设备,负责把污风排到回风井中,当回风井发生故障时,会造成井下作业环境恶化,甚至影响井下安全生产。本文中笔者针对通风机出现的转子不平衡、轴不对称、叶片故障等故障进行了深入的分析,并根据故障特点提出诊断方法。
Xincheng No.2 Coal Mine adopts single wing cable-stayed ventilation system.As an important ventilation equipment,the fan is responsible for discharging the waste air into the return air shaft.When the return air shaft fails,the underground working environment will deteriorate and even affect the underground safety production.In this paper,the author of the fan rotor imbalance,shaft asymmetry,blade failure and other faults are analyzed in depth,and according to the characteristics of the fault diagnosis method.
