摘要
本文通过实验分析原料种类、还原温度、时间、还原气体成分和流量及装舟量对还原钴粉的粒度、氧含量、形貌、相成分的性质的影响。试验发现,草酸钴制备的钴粉颗粒形貌呈枝状,主要相成分为hcp-Co,体现了较强的遗传性。
This paper analyzes the effects of the types of raw materials,reduction temperature,time,gas composition and flow rate,and the amount of raw materials on the particle size,oxygen content,morphology,and phase composition of the cobalt powder through experiments.The experiment found that the cobalt powder prepared from cobalt oxalate has a branched appearance,and the main phase component is hcp-Co,which shows strong heritability.
