青年学生艾滋病防治知识知晓调查

Questionnaire survey of awareness of knowledge about AIDS control among young students

目的了解2019年甘肃省陇南市青年学生艾滋病防治知识掌握情况,评价艾滋病防治危险行为因素,为制定青年学生艾滋病综合防控措施提供科学依据。方法采取随机整群抽样方法,抽取陇南市2所高中、2所中专和1所大学学生,按照《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案(2017版)》开展问卷调查,以描述流行病学分析数据。结果在1116名学生中,艾滋病防治知识知晓人数为512人、总知晓率为45.88%,其中大学生知晓人数131人、知晓率52.40%,中专生知晓人数119人、知晓率33.90%,高中生知晓人数262人、知晓率50.87%;中专学生知晓率最低且性行为发生率(7.98%)最高;以通过网络获取艾滋病防治知识为主、占63.62%。结论青年学生中的艾滋病防治知识知晓率较低,相关部门应共同协作、扩大宣传覆盖面,将宣传关口前移,培养健康生活方式,改变青年学生高危行为,增强自我保护意识,提高其主动求询检测率。

Objective To understand the awareness of knowledge about AIDS prevention and control among the students in Longnan city of Gansu province in 2019,evaluate factors of risk behavior and provide scientific basis for formulating comprehensive measures of AIDS prevention and control in young students.Methods According to the National Implementing Scheme of AIDS Sentinel Surveillance(2017),young students from 2 high schools,2 technical secondary schools and 1 university in Longnan city were selected with random cluster sampling method to conduct questionnaire.All data were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology.Results Out of the 1116 students,512 students knew the knowledge about AIDS prevention,with the total awareness rate of 45.88%,including 131 college students(awareness rate of 52.40%),119 students in the technical secondary school(33.90%),262 students in the high school(50.87%).The awareness rate was the lowest in the students from technical secondary school,but the occurrence rate of sex behavior was the highest(7.98%).The main way to obtain AIDS knowledge was by internet,accounting for 63.62%.Conclusions The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge is low in the young students.Relevant departments should closely corporate to expand the coverage of propaganda.The propaganda stage should be move forward to train their health life style,change high risk behavior,improve self-protection awareness,and promote their active counseling and testing.
