高职院校专职组织员队伍建设探析——以晋城职业技术学院为例

An Analysis on the Construction of Full-time Organizers Team in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Jincheng Institute of Technology as an Example

高校组织员队伍的研究成果目前仅有108篇,且高职院校组织员队伍建设几乎为零。为了更好的推动高职院校党建工作高质量发展,以晋城职业技术学院为例,通过研究学院组织员队伍的建设情况,分析其优缺点,并提出切实可行的队伍建设策略。

So far,there are only 108 papers about research on the organizers team in colleges and universi⁃ties,and about the construction of the organizers team in higher vocational colleges is almost zero.In order to better promote the high-quality development of Party construction work in higher vocational colleges,this paper takes Jincheng Institute of Technology as an example,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages by studying the construction of the organizers team in the college,and puts forward practical suggestions.
