摘要
抗战时期,冬学在中共太行区建设过程中发挥了普及文化和民众动员的功用。解放战争期间,太行区依据客观环境的变化与当地群众的诉求对冬学这一传统教育形式进行了改造与升级,将冬学打造为具有高度实用性和政治鼓动性的教育模式,特别是在义务教员的选拔与培训、群众动员、教学内容与方法、制度公约等方面进行了极具建设性的探索,进一步巩固了太行根据地。太行区解放战争时期的冬学运动是抗战时期的继续与发展,二者既有共性,又存在较大区别,呈现出批判继承的特点。不过,由于战时大环境的影响,冬学存在过分实用化和泛政治化倾向,一定程度上影响了教育效果。
During the Anti-Japanese War,slack winter learning played an important role in spreading cul⁃ture and the populace mobilization in Taihang District construction of CPC.During the War of Liberation the traditional form of slack winter learning was reformed and upgraded in Taihang District according to changes of objective environment and demands of the local people,and it was turned into an educational model with high practicability and political motivation.Constructive exploration was carried out especially in the selection and training of volunteer teachers,mass mobilization,teaching content and method,institutional conventions and so on;and then a set of effective social publicity and mobilization mode was formed to further consolidate Taihang District.Slack winter learning during the War of Liberation is a continuation and development of the War of Re⁃sistance against Japan,which have both similarities and great differences,showing the characteristics of inherit⁃ing critically.However,due to the limitation of the cognition level of cadres and the external environment,in slack winter learning there was a tendency of excessive practicability and pan-politicization,which inevitably affected the final effects to a certain extent.
