肝脏是动物机体脂质代谢的中心器官和重要的免疫组织,肝脏健康是保证家禽正常生产的前提。女贞子提取物具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌等功能,特别是其护肝作用显著。齐墩果酸是女贞子的主要活性成分,临床上被用于护肝、抗炎、治疗急性肝炎等。本文主要探讨肝脏损伤在家禽生产中的危害及女贞子改善肝损伤的作用机制,为女贞子在家禽生产中的推广应用提供理论依据。

Liver is an important immune tissue and the central organ of lipid metabolism,whose health is a prerequisite for ensuring normal production of poultry.Ligustrum lucidum extraction has anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and other functions,especially its liver-protective effect.Oleanolic acid(OA)is the main active ingredient of Ligustrum lucidum,and is used clinically to protect liver,anti-inflammatory,and treatment of acute hepatitis.This article mainly discussed the harm of liver injury in poultry production and the mechanism of Ligustrum lucidum to reduce the injury of liver,providing a theoretical basis for the promotion and application of Ligustrum lucidum in poultry production.
