丹皮酚对氧化应激和炎症信号通路的调控机制 被引量:8

摘要 丹皮酚是牡丹根皮中主要活性成分,在东方传统医学中已经被广泛应用。丹皮酚因具有抗炎、抗氧化、提高免疫力等药理作用,作为饲料添加剂具有潜在的研发前景和应用价值,但丹皮酚在动物体内的代谢及相关生物学调控机制鲜有报道,极大地阻碍了其合理有效的利用。本文主要阐述了丹皮酚对机体的保护作用以及在NF-κB、MAPK、Nrf2信号通路中的调控机制,以期为丹皮酚在畜牧生产中的应用和研发提供理论依据。 Paeonol,also known as peonol,is the main active ingredient in peony root bark and has been widely used in traditional oriental medicine.Paeonol has significant pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,and immunity enhancement,prompting more and more scholars to research and develop.Therefore,paeonol as a feed additive has potential research and development prospects and application value,but paeonol metabolism in animals and related biological regulatory mechanisms are rarely reported,which greatly hinders its rational and effective use.In this paper,the protective effect of paeonol on the body and its regulatory mechanism in the NF-κB,MAPK,Nrf2 signaling pathway were described,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application and development of paeonol in animal.
