睑板腺按摩联合强脉冲光治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者的效果

Effects of meibomian gland massage combined with intense pulsed light in treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye

目的:观察睑板腺按摩联合强脉冲光(IPL)治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者的效果。方法:选取60例睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶数分组模式分成对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用睑板腺按摩联合抗生素滴眼液治疗,研究组采用睑板腺按摩联合IPL治疗,比较两组治疗前后泪膜破裂时间、眼表疾病指数(OSDI)问卷评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组泪膜破裂时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后4周和8周,研究组泪膜破裂时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组OSDI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后4周和8周,研究组OSDI评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:睑板腺按摩联合IPL治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者可提高治疗总有效率和OSDI评分,以及缩短泪膜破裂时间的效果优于睑板腺按摩联合抗生素滴眼液治疗。

Objective:To explore effects of meibomian gland massage combined with intense pulsed light(IPL)in treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye.Methods:60 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye were included as the research objects.According to the odd and even number grouping pattern,they were divided into control group and study group,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with meibomian gland massage combined with antibiotic eye drops,while the study group was treated with meibomian gland massage combined with IPL.The tear film breakup time,ocular surface disease index(OSDI)questionnaire score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in tear film breakup time between the two groups(P>0.05).4,and 8 weeks after the treatment,the tear film breakup time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the treatment,the difference in the OSDI score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,4,and 8 weeks after the treatment,the OSDI score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Meibomian gland massage combined with IPL in the treatment of the patients with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the score of OSDI,and shorten the tear film breakup time.Moreover,it is superior to meibomian gland massage combined with antibiotic eye drops.
