针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍患者的效果

Effects of acupuncture on patients with dysphagia after stroke

目的:观察针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍患者的效果。方法:选取60例卒中后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组运用常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针刺治疗,比较两组洼田饮水试验评分、标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)评分与临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组洼田饮水试验与SSA评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍患者可提高疗效,降低洼田饮水试验与SSA评分。

Objective:To analyze effects of acupuncture on patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:60 patients with dysphagia after stroke were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group was given acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of the Kubota water swallowing test and the standardized swallowing assessment(SSA),and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the Kubota water swallowing test and SSA scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Acupuncture in the treatment of the patients with dysphagia after stroke can improve the efficacy and reduce the Kubota water swallowing test and SSA scores.
