流程管理法在急性心肌梗死患者院前急救护理中的应用

Application of process management method in pre-hospital emergency nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨流程管理法在急性心肌梗死患者院前急救护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年8月至2020年8月该院急救中心救治的90例急性心肌梗死患者进行回顾性分析,根据护理方案不同分为研究组和对照组各45例。对照组采用常规急救护理,研究组采用流程管理法进行院前急救护理,比较两组医护人员出诊反应时间、到达现场时间、现场急救时间、院前急救时间;比较两组患者并发症发生率及血管再通率。结果:研究组医护人员出诊反应时间、达到现场时间、现场急救时间、院前急救时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率(4.44%)明显低于对照组(17.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者血管再通率(95.56%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性心肌梗死患者院前急救中应用流程管理法能够提高急救效率,缩短急救时间,降低并发症发生率,提升血管再通率,为患者生命安全提供保障。

Objective:To explore application value of process management method in pre-hospital emergency nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction from August 2017 to August 2020 treated by the emergency center.According to the nursing plans,they were divided into study group and control group,each with 45 cases.The control group used routine emergency nursing,while the study group used process management for prehospital emergency nursing.The response time,the time to the site,the on-site emergent treatment time,the pre-hospital emergent treatment time of medical staff in the two groups were compared,and theincidence of complications and the vascular recanalization rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The response time,the time to the site,the on-site emergent treatment time and the pre-hospital emergent treatment time of medical staff in the the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(4.44%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vascular recanalization rate in the study group(95.56%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of the process management method in the pre-hospital emergency treatment of the patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve the emergent treatment efficiency,shorten the emergent treatment time d,reduce the incidence of complications,increase the vascular recanalization rate,and provide protection for the life safety of patients.
