武术套路技术课教学中“口令”运用研究

A Research on the Application of Formula in Wushu Routine Teaching

口令法是体育教学法中的语言法之一。从课堂教学实践运用的层面来说,武术套路教学中的"口令"与广播体操中的"口令"大相径庭,有着本质性的区别。在运用过程中,既要注意动作名称、音调、语速等外在变化,又要留心动作的内容、内涵,以及动作衔接的整体性、流畅感,达到武术套路演练过程中精、气、神的集中体现。本文从武术教学实践出发,对教学中口令的运用形式与作用、运用技巧、注意事项进行分析,从中探讨武术教学中如何正确的运用口令,以进一步提高武术课教学质量。

Formula is one of the teaching methods in physical education.From the application’s view,formula in wushu(martial arts)routine teaching is essentially very different from radio gymnastics.In the application process,the external changes such as movement,tone,and speed as well as the integrity and smooth feeling of its content of movement,connotation,movement connections should be paid attention,which will show the spirit,disposition and charm during the wushu routine show.From the view of wushu teaching application,this paper does an analysis on the application format,technique,special notice of formula,and discusses the correct way for its application in wushu teaching,in order to improve the teaching quality of wushu course.
