北斗数传通信模块在智能电网中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 随着现代电网与国民经济的高速发展,电网高度自动化、智能化已成国际电网发展的必然趋势.然而大量运行在偏远地区的电力终端形成了一个个独立的信息孤岛,无法满足智能电网管理要求.北斗卫星导航系统成本低廉,可作为智能电网中通信手段匮乏地区的有效补充.通过研究北斗卫星短报文通信功能,研发出专用于电网的北斗电力通信通用模块,架起了信息孤岛电力设备与主站端自动化业务系统之间的通信桥梁.该模块在满足基本需求功能之外,通过与以清洁能源发电的电力设备对接,可提供新的通信通道,为电力远动、继保等自动化远程控制保驾护航;通过与电网巡检、应急指挥设备相结合,可解决偏远地区车辆与人员定位、通信的难题. With the rapid development of modern power grid and national economy,high automation and intelligence of power grid has become the inevitable trend of international power grid development.However,many power terminals operating in remote areas form independent information islands,which cannot meet the management requirements of smart grid.Because of its low cost,Beidou satellite navigation system can be used as an effective supplement to the areas lacking communication means on smart grid.In this paper,through the study of Beidou satellite short message communication function,we develop a general Beidou power communication module dedicated to the power grid,and built a communication bridge between the power equipment of information island and the automation business system of the master station.In addition to meeting the basic demand functions,the module can provide a new communication channel by docking with the power equipment with clean energy power generation mode,which can escort the automatic remote control such as power telecontrol and relay protection;by combining with power grid inspection and emergency command equipment,it can solve the problems of vehicle and personnel positioning and communication in remote areas at low cost.
