基于计算机网络与多媒体技术的政务信息中心设计

Design of Government Information Center Based on Computer Network and Multimedia Technology

文章针对目前信息中心存在着宏观实时运行数据缺乏、预测预警能力不足、行业协同能力不强等问题,提出了基于计算机网络技术及多媒体技术的城市信息指挥中心设计方案。以交通指挥中心为例,构建了基于基础设施层、数据资源层、基础应用支撑层、综合应用层和信息服务层的指挥中心的总体设计方案。对系统硬件和第三方软件进行了详细的设计。通过试运行,可以较好地解决以上问题,并为政务信息中心提供良好的信息化支撑。

Aiming at the current information center’s lack of macro real-time operating data,insufficient forecasting and early warning capabilities,and weak industry coordination capabilities,the article proposes a design plan for urban information command center based on computer network technology and multimedia technology.Taking the traffic command center as an example,the overall design plan of the command center based on the infrastructure layer,data resource layer,basic application support layer,integrated application layer and information service layer is constructed.The hardware and the third-party software are designed in detail.Through the trial operation,the above problems can be better solved and provide good information support for the government information center.
