The state-owned economy dominates the society and is critical to the economic development,so it is necessary to make use of the advantages of the state-owned enterprises to promote the all-around so⁃cial development and ensure the correct social development direction.With the rapid economic development,The reorganization and integration of state-owned enterprises and the realization of optimal allocation is an ef⁃fective way.Restructuring of state-owned assets needs low investment but can produce the desired results quickly,such as effective resource allocation,optimized industrial structure,full play of integrated advantages,and great improvement of production efficiency.This article mainly expounds that in the stage of reorganiza⁃tion and integration of state-owned enterprises,it is necessary to establish an institutional management sys⁃tem to ensure that state-owned enterprises are in line with the pace of economic development,so as to im⁃prove the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.
