红柳煤矿创新水仓清淤工艺的研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 目前,国内外井下水仓的清淤仍然是水仓治理的难点与重点之一[1-2]。为了适应水仓复杂多变的环境,提高清仓效率,摸索和创造出了许多可行的水仓清淤技术[3],但都只是在清淤工艺上进行改善与创新,未对清除淤泥提出更加合理的处理方式。通过研究分析各种清淤方法存在的问题,系统介绍了一种改变淤泥输送过程的清淤新方法,包括理论依据、前期准备工作、清淤工艺和实践,阐明了新工艺的技术优势。实践证明,该方法工艺先进,清淤效果显著,减轻了环境危害,同时延长了主排水设备使用寿命,为矿井的安全生产和绿色矿山可持续发展做出突出贡献。 At present,the mud-cleaning of the underground water sumps is still the most difficult and im⁃portant problem in the water sump management both at home and abroad[1-2]. In order to adapt to the com⁃plex and changing environment of the water sumps and improve the mud-cleaning efficiency,people have ex⁃plored and created many feasible technologies[3],but they only improve and innovate the mud-cleaning pro⁃cess instead of proposing more reasonable treatment methods. By researching and analyzing the problems invarious mud-cleaning methods, this article introduces a new method systematically which can change themud conveying process, including theoretical basis, early-stage preparation, mud-cleaning process and itspractice,etc.,and illustrates the technical advantages of the new method. Practice shows that the methodhave an advanced process and can achieve an obvious mud-cleaning effect,reduce the environmental pollu⁃tion,extend the service life of the main drainage facility,and make outstanding contributions to the safetyproduction of the mines and the sustainable development of the green mines.
