关于户内直挂风冷型SVG变频改造的实现方法 被引量:2

摘要 35kV户内直挂风冷型SVG设备,每套设备配置冷却风扇6台,根据SVG运行要求,只要SVG投入运行,6台冷却风机全部工频运行,根据近4年的运行数据来看,SVG设备的核心部件功率模块在满负荷情况下,无论在夏季或冬季均不会产生高温情况,尤其在冬季,冷却风机完全没有必要工频运行,该运行方式不但造成厂用电的大量浪费,而且还造成设备本体积灰严重,从而造成PCB板元器件之间爬电距离缩短、二次元件短路、放电和烧毁。综上所述,对于该设备现行的工频风冷型冷却方式的改造显得十分必要,也具有极大的经济和安全价值。 Each set of 35 kV straight-type indoor air-cooled SVG equipment is equipped with 6 cooling fans,all of which will operate at power frequency as long as the SVG is put into operation,according to the operation requirements of SVG.According to the operation data of the past 4 years,the power module,which is the core part of SVG equipment,will not generate high temperature with full load in summer or winter,and especially in winter,it is completely unnecessary for cooling fans to operate at power frequen⁃cy,which not only causes a large amount of auxiliary power waste,but also causes serious ash deposit in the equipment,resulting in shortened creepage distance between PCB board components,short circuit,dis⁃charging and burnout of secondary component.In summary,the transformation of the current power frequen⁃cy air-cooled cooling mode of the equipment is very necessary and of great economic and safety value.
