朔黄铁路重载道岔钢轨廓形设计应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 朔黄铁路为重载铁路,年通过总重超过3亿t,道岔运用条件较为恶劣。选取朔黄铁路肃宁北站2组道岔进行打磨试验,分别实施钢轨廓形设计打磨和修理性打磨。本文通过分析打磨后各项指标可知,廓形设计打磨相比修理性打磨优势明显,主要体现在:廓形设计打磨后钢轨GQI明显提升,轮轨几何接触关系显著改善,磨耗指数显著降低,轨面病害消除、光带位置居中宽度合理。而修理性打磨后道岔钢轨状态未见明显改善,对实际工作提供了经验借鉴。 Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway is a heavy haul railway with an annual total transportation weight ofmore than 300 million tons,and the operation conditions of turnouts are relatively poor. Two groups of turn⁃outs in Suning North Station of Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway are selected for polishing test,and rail profiledesign polishing and repair polishing are respectively carried out. Through the analysis of various indicatorsafter polishing,the profile design polishing has obvious advantages over the repair polishing,which is main⁃ly reflected in:after the profile design polishing,the rail GQI is significantly improved,the wheel rail geo⁃metric contact relationship is significantly improved, the abrasion index is significantly decreased, the railsurface damage is eliminated,and the light band is in the middle with a reasonable width. However,therail condition of the turnout has not been improved obviously after repair polishing.
