摘要
目的构建全科医生转岗培训课程体系。方法本研究采用德尔菲法。在结合世界家庭医学树模型和前期研究构建的全科医生胜任力模型的基础上,总结归纳出原始指标,编制专家咨询量表,通过德尔菲法进一步筛选、优化指标。结果2轮专家咨询问卷全部回收,专家权威系数为0.87,构建了包含3个培训维度,9个培训项目,33个培训内容的课程体系。结论构建的全科医生转岗培训课程体系具有一定的科学性、全局性和实用性,为全科医生转岗培训提供参考。
Objective Building a training system for general practitioners and so to improves the quality of training.Methods All the data were analized by delphi method.Results The expert consultation questionnaires were recovered in the two rounds,the expert authority coefficient is 0.87,a curriculum system consisting of 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 33 third-level indicators was constructed.Conclusions It has certain scientific comprehensiveness and practicability,and has reference value to the establishment of the training course for general practitioners.
