高速铁路建设对甘肃省时空可达性的影响作用研究 被引量:6

摘要 甘肃省是“一带一路”沿线的重要节点区域,高速铁路能够显著提升区域的通达程度和促进地区间的交流.为研究高速铁路建设对甘肃省通达性的作用程度,以地级市和县(区)的可达性为指标,利用改进的网络分析法和GIS技术分析了2011、2014、2017、2019、2025年5个时间节点上全省可达性的空间分布格局及演化.研究结果表明:高速铁路建设显著提升了甘肃省的时空可达性,地区间的通达时间不断缩短;地市、县区的平均可达性缩短3.5 h以上,但地级单元可达性的改善程度优于县级;可达性提升有明显的区域差异,位于边缘地区的节点可达性提升最大.甘肃省应加快可达性薄弱地区的高速铁路建设来提升区域的整体可达性,为全省经济社会发展提供支撑. Gansu province is an important node along the“Belt and Road”.High-speed railway can significantly improve the regional accessibility and exchanges.In order to study the effect of high-speed railway construction on the accessibility of Gansu province,taking the accessibility of prefecture level cities and counties in Gansu province as the indexes,the spatial distribution pattern and evolution of accessibility in Gansu province are studied at 5 time nodes of 2011,2014,2017,2019 and 2025 by using the improved network analysis method and GIS.The results show that the construction of high-speed railway has significantly improved the space-time accessibility of Gansu province and shortened the travel time between regions.The average accessibility of cities and counties is shortened by more than 3.5 hours;Specially,the accessibility improvement of prefecture level is better than that of county level.There are obvious regional differences in the accessibility improvement,and the nodes located in marginal areas have the widest range of accessibility improvement.Therefore,the construction of high-speed railway in areas with weak accessibility should be accelerated to continuously improve the overall accessibility in Gansu province,which could provide support for the socio-economic development.
