摘要
文章基于有限元法,采用ABAQUS软件,对某商用车后桥系统进行了CAE强度分析,超载30%工况强度分析、扭转耐久、垂直弯曲耐久、转弯弯曲台架三工况CAE疲劳耐久分析,分析结果显示,后桥系统强度和耐久性能满足设计目标。
In this paper,based on the finite element method and ABAQUS software,CAE strength analysis,30%overload condition strength analysis,torsional durability analysis,vertical bending durability analysis and turning bending bench CAE fatigue durability analysis are carried out on the rear axle system of a commercial vehicle.The analysis results show that the strength and durability of the rear axle system meet the design objectives.
