摘要
随着现代工业的不断发展,传统的加工工艺已无法满足许多异形或复杂结构的加工需求。利用先进制造技术快速完成产品的设计开发,满足用户不同需求,缩短开发周期。文章基于快速成型技术,探讨了STL文件、成型方向选择、支撑设置、模型切片分层、层片的扫描路径及填充形式等工艺过程,为产品的快速成型研究及应用提供理论依据。
With the continuous development of modern industry,traditional processing technology can no longer meet the processing needs of many special-shaped or complex structures.Use advanced manufacturing technology to quickly complete product design and development to meet different needs of users and shorten the development cycle.Based on the rapid prototyping technology,this paper discusses the process of STL file,part segmentation and molding direction,support setting,model slice layering,layer scanning path,etc.to provide theoretical basis for product rapid prototyping research and application.
