高职学生实践技能培养策略探析——以汽车检测与维修技术专业为例

On the Training Strategy of Practical Skills of Higher Vocational Students——Taking Automobile Inspection And Maintenance Technology Major As An Example

在我国的教育体系中,高职院校主要为社会培养应用型技术人才,要求学生具备较高的实践技能水平。但是由于实践教学内容更新不及时,实践教学设施不足等诸多原因的掣肘,导致高职毕业生的实践技能水平难以达到预期的培养目标,这种现象在工科类高职专业表现得尤为明显。文章以汽车检测与维修技术专业为例,对当前高职院校实践技能培养的主要问题进行剖析,并对高职学生实践技能培养策略进行探析,以期寻找到合适的解决方案,希望对今后的高职学生实践技能培养有所帮助。

In China's education system,higher vocational colleges mainly train applied technical talents for the society,requiring students to have higher practical skills.However,due to the constraints of many reasons,such as the delayed updating of practical teaching content and the lack of practical teaching facilities,the practical skill level of higher vocational college graduates is difficult to achieve the expected training objectives,which is particularly obvious in engineering vocational colleges.Taking automobile inspection and maintenance technology major as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems of practical skills training in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the training strategies of practical skills of higher vocational students,in order to find out the appropriate solutions,hoping to help the practical skills training of higher vocational students in the future.
