摘要 配电网是连接电力系统与最终电能用户的最后一个环节,它由馈电线路、配电自动化终端、继保装置、断路器、负荷开关等设备构成。配网自动化是利用计算机技术、通信技术、继电保护技术以及自动化控制技术,将配电网的运行状态、网络拓扑、设备参数等信息进行收集整合,实现配电网运行状况信息化以及监控自动化的过程。本文提出了一种配网馈线自动化仿真平台的设计方法,并开发了相应的仿真装置,该仿真装置是以测控单元为核心、辅以模拟断路器组合而成的,可集监测、控制、保护、通讯等功能于一体,主要解决了在模拟一次运行母线、模拟运行断路器开关分合、模拟配网主站实时监测、模拟故障量输入,故障状态指示等关键技术问题。具有体积小、成本低,可用于馈线自动化系统投入前的检测和处理馈线故障功能的测试等,也可用于馈线自动化实现方法及动作逻辑的演示。 the distribution network is the last link connecting the power system and the final power users.It is composed of feeder lines,distribution automation terminals,relay protection devices,circuit breakers,load switches and other equipment.Distribution network automation is the process of collecting and integrating the operation status,network topology,equipment parameters and other information of distribution network by using computer technology,communication technology,relay protection technology and automatic control technology,so as to realize the informatization of distribution network operation status and monitoring automation.In this paper,a design method of distribution network feeder automation simulation platform is proposed,and the corresponding simulation device is developed.The simulation device is composed of measurement and control unit as the core,supplemented by analog circuit breaker,which can integrate monitoring,control,protection,communication and other functions.It mainly solves the problems of simulating the primary operation bus,switching on and off of the circuit breaker,simulating the main distribution network The key technical problems such as real-time monitoring,analog fault input,fault status indication,etc.It has the advantages of small size and low cost,which can be used for the detection of feeder automation system before putting into operation and the test of feeder fault handling function,and can also be used to demonstrate the realization method and action logic of feeder automation.
