Investigation and Analysis of the Status Quo of the Integration of National Fitness and National Health in Rural Areas of Shaanxi Province

全民健身与全民健康的深度融合是提高人民身体素质和健康水平的重要举措,但融合发展中还面临着许多问题。本文以陕西省农村地区为例,就体医融合背景下陕西省农村地区全民健身与全民健康融合发展的现状进行了调查,针对问题提出了相应的改善建议。

The essential content of the in-depth integration of national fitness and national health is to explore a social development path that is suitable for the current national physical conditions and seeks sports protection and health promotion,which can effectively solve the health problems of residents in the process of social development in China.Therefore,the deep integration between national fitness and national health is of great significance to the implementation and development of China's health strategy.It is an important measure to improve the health of Chinese residents and promote the harmonious development of the society as a whole.However,considering the current situation in China the integration of national fitness and national health in some areas still faces many obstacles and problems,which in turn leads to the development of national fitness and national health.The development of deep integration was adversely affected.Based on this,this article will take the rural areas of Shanxi Province as an example to investigate and analyze the development status of the integration of national fitness and national health in the rural areas of Shanxi Province under the background of the integration of sports and medicine,and then propose corresponding suggestions.
