摘要
由于城市开发建设中绿地和水体大量减少,硬质地面及地下空间增加,破坏了原有的自然水文特征和水生态环境,扰乱了水文规律。本文从不同角度探讨了海绵城市理念在设计和施工中的实际应用措施和方法,研究表明:海绵城市技术可以通过规划、设计、建设的管控,从“源头减排、过程控制、系统治理”着手,综合采用“渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排”等技术措施,有效控制城市降雨径流,实现自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化的城市发展效果,达到“小雨不积水、大雨不内涝,水体无黑臭、热岛有缓解”的目标。
Due to the decrease of green space and water in urban development and constructionand the increase of hard surface and underground space,which destroyed the original natural hydrological characteristics and water ecological environment,and disturbed the hydrological lules.This paper expounds the practical application measures and methods of sponge city concept in design and construction from different angles,relevant studies found that:sponge city technology can control through the planning,design,construction controlling start,from the"source reduction,process control,system management",integrated with"Infiltration,stagnation,storage,purification,utilization and discharge"and other technical measures,to control the urban rainfall runoff effectively,to realize natural accumulation,natural infiltration,natural purification of urban development,to achieve the goal of"Light rain without water,heavy rain without waterlogging,heavy rain does not waterlogging,water without black odor,heat island effect has mitigation".
