摘要
球铰安装是转体桥梁施工最关键的组成部分,文章结合新建赤峰至京沈高铁喀左站铁路CFSG-2标跨长深高速公路特大桥(60+100+60)m转体连续梁工程实例,主桥采用平面转体施工法跨越既有高速公路及铁路,并采用以球铰中心支撑为主、环道支撑为辅的转动体系。球铰安装采用千斤顶及调节螺栓相配合的方法,能够快捷、精准、有效地完成球铰定位。
Spherical hinge installation is the most critical component in the construction of rotating beam,if the altitude difference is too large in the margin of spherical hinge,it will cause the anaraxia of spherical hinges in the top and bottom,which greatly influences the rotational frictional resistance of spherical hinge;while if the central place is imprecise for the spherical hinge,it will cause the weighting of downstream direction and transverse direction of bridge,which severely influences the security and stability during the processing of rotating,and even influences the three-dimensional liner of bridge after rotation.In this thesis,with the combination of rotating continuous bridge engineering of long-deep expressway bridge in standard span(60+100+60)of newly constructed high-speed railway Kazuo-Zhanjiang Railway of Chifeng to Beijing-Shenyang high-speed railway CFSG-2,the main bridge adopts plane turner method crossing current high-speed railway and expressway,and the rotating system with spherical hinge intermediate support at the core and circuit support as auxiliary.As to the installation of spherical hinge,it adopts the combination of jack and adjustable bolt,which can position the spherical hinge quickly,precisely,and effectively.
