基于SEM-PCA-DT的多联机制冷剂泄漏在线故障诊断 被引量:2

摘要 制冷剂泄漏会给多联机带来不良影响,需要对其进行实时且准确的故障诊断.本文基于结构方程原理和试验数据,利用数据预处理提取的特征变量,建立结构方程模型,与决策树模型对比,分析结构方程在选择重要变量上的正确性,并利用重要显变量采用主元分析的方法建立专家变量,代入决策树模型,其在线诊断正确率达到96.96%,相对单独采用决策树模型提高2.81%. The refrigerant leakage can bring adverse effects on multi-connected air-conditioning(heat pump)unit,so it is necessary to carry out online and accurate fault diagnosis.Based on the principle of structural equation model(SEM)and experimental data,the structural equation model is established by using characteristic variables extracted by data preprocessing.Compared with the decision tree model,the accuracy of structural equation model in selecting important variables is analyzed.And using important observed variables,expert variables are established based on principal component analysis.Substituting it into decision tree model,the online diagnostic accuracy is 96.96%,which is increased by 2.81%compared with only using decision tree model.
