社区分异视角下社区公共服务设施可达性评价研究——以上海市高密度老龄化社区为例

Evaluation Research on Accessibility of Community Public Service Facilities from the Perspective of Community Differentiation—Take High-density and Aging Communities in Shanghai as Examples

在上海市社区分异和老龄化程度日趋加深的背景下,选取上海市6个不同类型的高密度且老龄化社区,基于网络分析法计算设施步行可达性的评价指标。研究发现:不同类型社区间存在明显的设施可达性差异,且与社区区位明显相关;不同类型的社区公共服务设施间亦存在明显的可达性差异;此外,问卷调研结果显示,不同社区居民对设施可达性的满意度存在差异,且在医疗、公园和地铁站三项设施上存在显著差异;部分社区公共服务设施的客观可达性水平与居民主观满意度之间存在明显的不匹配现象。

Under the background of community differentiation and deeper aging in Shanghai,the six different types of high-density and aging communities were selected,and the evaluation index of facility walkability was calculated based on the network analysis method.It's found out in the study that:there are obvious differences in facility accessibility among different types of communities,which are obviously related to community location;there are also clear differences in accessibility among different types of community public service facilities;the results of the questionnaire survey show that residents in different communities have different satisfaction with the accessibility of facilities,and there are significant differences in the three facilities of medical facilities,parks and subway stations;there is an obvious mismatch between the objective accessibility of some community public service facilities and the subjective satisfaction of residents.
