相邻街坊空间特征分析及更新初探——以上海市江西北路武进路相邻四街坊为例

Analysis of Spatial Features of Adjacent Neighbor and Preliminary Discussion of Renew—Taking Four Adjacent Neighbors of Jiangxibei Road and Wujin Road of Shanghai City as an Example

文章回溯所选地块的城市发展历史,以形态和空间为出发点,探讨其城市肌理、尺度、布局、界面、氛围等多个方面,分析功能过时、居住空间欠缺、公共空间割裂、界面断续等多个现状问题和可能面临的风险,最后以空间操作为落脚点,借由城市设计,对城市进行肌理缝补、空间置入与激活、场景营造等设计操作。

The history of urban development in the selected land block is retrospected in this paper,form and space are taken as the starting point,its texture,its urban texture,dimension,layout,interface and atmosphere are discussed,multiple current situation problems and possible risks that might be faced with,such as obsolete function,deficiency of residential function,separation of public space and interface discontinuity,are analyzed,spatial operation is finally taken as the foothold,so as to perform design operations to city for the sake of urban design,including texture mending,spatial implantation and activation as well as scene construction,and so on.
