试论档案工作的政治定位——兼从新修订《档案法》谈起

On the Political Orientation of Archival Work--Talking about the Newly Promulgated Archives Law

文章在综合分析档案工作的政治属性基础上,结合新修订《档案法》,条分缕析地追溯档案工作政治定位的本质渊源、内涵外延,综其终始,稽其成败,立论档案工作的政治定位源于档案工作的政治属性。新修订《档案法》是档案工作政治定位的法律体现,为依法治档提供了指导依据,这进一步表明,新时代档案工作应坚持政治定位,推进新《档案法》的贯彻落实,为构建新发展格局贡献档案力量。

Based on the comprehensive analysis of the political attribute of archives work,combined with the newly revised archives law,this paper traces the essential origin and connotation extension of the political orientation of archival work,and reviews its success or failure.The political orientation of archival work originates from the political attribute of archival work.The newly revised archives law is the legal embodiment of the political orientation of archival work,and provides the rule of law for managing archives according to law.In the new era,archival work should adhere to the political orientation,promote the implementation of the new archives law,and contribute to the construction of a new development pattern.
