摘要
咽鼓管吹张用于治疗分泌性中耳炎(OME),可以提高听力,降低后续手术治疗概率。具体方法是通过鼻咽部主动或被动加压,使咽鼓管开放,平衡中耳气压。咽鼓管吹张分为主动吹张和被动吹张,其中主动吹张包括捏鼻鼓气(瓦尔萨尔法)、波利策法;被动吹张包括导管法、电动加压泵法等。本文对咽鼓管吹张在OME治疗中的应用价值进行综述,重点阐述近年研究较热门的鼻导管-球囊吹张(改良波利策法)与电动加压泵法。
Middle ear inflation has been used to treat otitis media with effusion(OME),which can improve hearing and reduce the surgical rate.It can open the eustachian tube with increased air pressure in the nasal pharyngeal.Therefore,a balance of middle ear air pressure could be achieved.The inflation can be achieved through active or passive manual.The active inflation includes Valsalva manual,and the passive inflation includes tube inflation,electronic pump,etc.This review summarized the methods of middle ear inflation,and emphasized on evaluating the efficacy of the modified Polizer manual as well as the electronic pump.
