面向“双一流”建设的高校图书馆智库服务研究

Think-Tank Services in University Libraries:An Analysis Oriented to“Double First-class”Construction

[目的/意义]开展智库服务是“双一流”建设背景下高校图书馆满足自身发展需求的重要途径。[方法/过程]本文通过论述高校图书馆智库服务开展的必要性和理论基础,对高校图书馆开展智库服务的需求、内容、基础数据来源、成果形式和案例实践进行探索性研究。[结果/结论]面向“双一流”建设,高校图书馆的智库服务可在学科绩效评估、学科布局规划、学科发展战略、学科发展态势等方面提供具有科学性、时效性与实践性的服务成果,以及长期性、前瞻性与方向性的综合研判和战略决策建议。

[Purpose/Significance]Think-tank service is an important approach of satisfying the need of self-development of university libraries to enhance“Double First-Class”construction,this article discusses the necessity and theoretical foundation of think-tank services in university libraries,and makes an exploratory study on its demand,content,basic data sources,achievements and cases.[Method/Process]Being oriented to“Double First-Class”construction,university libraries can support decision-making departments by their think-tank services in disciplinary performance evaluation,layout planning,development strategy and tendency.[Result/Conclusion]Achievements of think-tank services should be scientific,timely and practical,and comprehensive assessment and decision-making suggestions with long-term,perspicacity and directivity.
