摘要 [目的/意义]学者是学术知识的创造者,也是学术创新的主要推动者。学者学术影响力评价对学者学术发展具有导向作用,也是每位学者关注的焦点。[方法/过程]本研究提出一种基于动态变化的学者学术影响力测度方法,以中国引文数据库(CCD)为统计工具,利用SIF测度模型对2019年爱思唯尔(Elsevier)发布的艺术和人文学科领域的中国高被引学者学术影响力演变进行分析。[结果/结论]结果表明,SIF测度模型弥补了h指数在评价学者影响力的不足,对学者学术影响力演变测度具有适用性,揭示学者学术生涯的学术影响力演变过程。 [Purpose/Significance]The scholar is the creator of academic knowledge and the main promoter of academic innovation.The evaluation of academic impact has a guiding role on the academic development of scholars and is also the focus of scholars.[Method/Process]This study proposed a method for measuring the academic impact of scholars based on dynamic changes.Using the China citation database(CCD)as a statistical tool,the SIF measurement model was used to analyze the evolution of the academic impact of highly cited scholars in China in the field of arts and humanities published by Elsevier in 2019.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that SIF model made up the deficiency of h index in evaluating the scholar impact.It was applicable to the measurement of scholar impact evolution and revealed the process of scholar impact of academic career.
