产香真菌GS-1菌株的生物学特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了明确具有生防潜能的产香真菌GS-1菌株的生物学特性,通过测定不同培养条件下的菌落直径来分析温度、pH值、碳源、氮源和培养基对GS-1菌株生长的影响。结果表明:产香真菌GS-1菌株的最适生长温度为22℃;最适宜pH值范围为4~7;最佳碳源为葡萄糖,最佳氮源为酵母浸膏;最适培养基为PDA。本研究将为GS-1菌株的进一步开发和利用提供理论依据。 In order to determine the biological characteristics of aroma-producing fungus GS-1 strain with biocontrol potential,the effects of temperature,pH value,carbon source,nitrogen source and medium on the growth of GS-1 strain were analyzed by measuring the diameters of the colonies in different culture conditions in this study.The results showed that the optimum temperature for colony growth of the GS-1 strain was 22℃,the optimum pH range was 4-7,the best carbon source and nitrogen source were glucose and yeast extracts respectively,and the most suitable medium was PDA.This research provides a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of GS-1 strain.
