Research on Cultivating the Practice and Innovation Ability of College Students Based on the Academic Competition

学科竞赛是检验大学生专业知识掌握运用的重要平台,对培养学生的实践与创新能力有着常规教学无法替代的作用。项目组以学科竞赛为载体,以实践教学方法改革及第一、第二教学课堂互动平台建设和师资队伍建设为依托,探讨了学科竞赛对提高食品科学与工程专业大学生实践与创新能力的推动作用。

The academic competition is an important platform to examine the application of professional knowledge for college students,and it plays an irreplaceable role in training students’practice and innovation ability.Based on the reform of practical teaching methods,the construction of interaction platform in the first and second teaching classes and the construction of teaching staff,the project team explored the promotion of academic competition in improving the practice and innovation ability of college students majoring in food science and engineering.
