Experiences Drawn from the Route of Evolution and Trend of Development of Retail Economy in Jiangsu Province

新中国成立70年来,江苏零售业的发展经历了6个阶段:计划经济体制下江苏零售业导入阶段、改革开放后江苏零售业成长阶段、市场经济体制下江苏零售业发展阶段、加入世贸以来江苏零售业全面发展阶段、"互联网+"背景下江苏零售业创新探索阶段、以及"新零售"背景下江苏零售业探索转型阶段。70年来江苏省零售业发展取得了令人瞩目的成就,这离不开适时的零售政策的助推,给其他省市零售业的发展提供了可供借鉴的宝贵经验。江苏省零售业70年来的发展经验主要有:微观层面零售企业自身要不断进行自我革命与自我创新,中观层面要积极利用信息技术等促进行业发展,开拓下沉市场,宏观层面要全面提高零售业连接生产与消费的桥梁作用,提升防范化解重大风险的能力。

In the 70 years since the founding of New China,Jiangsu's retail economy has been through six stages:the introductory stage within a planned economy,the growth stage o after the reform and opening up to the outside world,the development stage within a market economy,the full development stage since the accession to the WTO,the innovation and exploration stage of Jiangsu's retail economy against the background of"internet plus",and the exploration and transformation stage against the background of"new retail".It has made remarkable achievements over the past 70 years,facilitated by well-timed retail policies and providing valuable experience for other provinces and cities to learn from.The experience mainly includes:at the micro level,continuously carrying out self-revolution and self-innovation;at the meso level,actively making use of information technology to promote the development of the industry and explore the sinking market;and at the macro level,comprehensively improving the role of a bridge between production and consumption and enhance the ability to prevent and resolve major risks.
