摘要
针对高速公路线路方案决策中数据信息量大、影响因子多维度、关联权重非线性而造成评价结果偏差较大的问题。以某一高速公路对线路方案优选为实例对象,基于传统层次分析法基础,引入模糊评价策略构建线路方案的多层次多目标决策系统模糊化模型。系统从经济、技术、环境和社会影响角度建立由指标特征值转化为相对隶属度的指标隶属度,运用改进的FAHP确定指标的权重,通过对各备选方案进行分析排序,获得各方案从属于优向隶属度值,对评价方案进行优选。通过实例验证表明:采用的FAHP评价体系获得的推荐方案与实际选用方案一致,表明评价体系具有很好的准确度。
In view of the problem of large amount of data information,multi-dimensional influence factors and non-linear correlation weight in highway route decision-making,the evaluation result is biased.Based on the traditional analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the fuzzy evaluation strategy is introduced to construct the fuzzy model of multi-level multi-objective decision system.From the economic,technical,environmental and social impact point of view,the system establishes the index membership degree which is transformed from the characteristic value of the index to the relative membership degree,and uses the improved FAHP to determine the weight of the index.to membership value,and the evaluation scheme is optimized.An example shows that the recommended scheme of the FAHP evaluation system adopted in this paper is consistent with the actual selection scheme,which indicates that the evaluation system has good evaluation accuracy.
