橡塑合金改性沥青及其混合料技术性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了缓解废旧橡胶、塑料产生的“黑色污染”、“白色污染”问题,同时制备高低温性能兼顾的改性沥青产品,以废旧橡胶粉和回收聚乙烯塑料为主要原材料生产湿法改性橡塑合金改性剂,基于针入度体系试验和Superpave沥青胶结料PG分级体系评价指标,研究了橡塑合金改性沥青的高低温性能和流变特性,优化出了最佳的废旧胶粉和回收塑料的掺配比例,进而采用常规3大路用性能试验和四点弯曲疲劳试验研究了橡塑合金改性沥青混合料的路用性能与抗疲劳性能。结果表明,橡塑合金改性剂有效改善了沥青的高温性能,并充分发挥了橡胶沥青高粘高弹性能和热塑性弹性体的高强度性能,橡塑合金改性沥青是高低温性能兼顾的沥青产品,其改性沥青抗车辙因子与高模量沥青相近;橡塑合金改性沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能满足冬严寒区使用性能要求,与5%SBS改性沥青相比,橡塑合金改性沥青的高温稳定性和水稳定性能更加优越,疲劳寿命对应变水平变化的敏感程度更低,更具有耐久性;实体工程使用2 a后状况良好,取得了优良的使用效果,研究成果为橡塑合金改性沥青推广应用提供可靠的技术保障。 In order to alleviate waste rubber,plastic as the“black pollution”,“white pollution”problem,at the same time,In order to preparation the high and low temperature performance of modified asphalt products,based on waste rubber powder and recycled polyethylene plastic as main raw material production wet modified rubber and plastic alloy modification agent,based on the penetration system test and superpave PG grade system evaluation index,rubber and plastic alloy was studied the rheological property of high and low temperature performance of modified asphalt and optimize the best blending proportion of waste rubber powder and recycled plastics,The road performance and fatigue resistance of rubber-plastic alloy modified asphalt mixture were studied by conventional three-road performance test and four-point bending fatigue test.The results show that the rubber alloy modifier can effectively improve the high-temperature performance of asphalt,and give full play to the high viscosity and high elastic energy of rubber asphalt and the high strength of thermoplastic elastomer.The rubber alloy modifier is an asphalt product with both high and low temperature performance,and its rutting resistance factor is similar to that of the high modulus asphalt.Compared with 5%SBS modified asphalt,the modified asphalt has better high-temperature stability and water stability.Its fatigue life is less sensitive to changes in strain level,and it is more durable.After 2 years of application,the solid project is in good condition and has achieved excellent results.The research results provide reliable technical support for the promotion and application of rubber and plastic alloy modified asphalt.
