添加再生料的冷补沥青混合料组成设计与性能评价 被引量:7

摘要 为了多元化高效利用回收沥青路面材料(RAPM),考虑冷补液中的稀释剂有再生老化沥青功能,将RAPM应用于基质沥青和SBS改性沥青冷补混合料中,基于室内试验综合研究了冷补沥青混合料配合比设计方法,分析了添再生料的冷补沥青混合料力学性能、路用性能与疲劳特性,并验证添加再生料冷补沥青混合料的技术可行性。结果表明,湿劈裂强度对冷补沥青掺量较为敏感,采用“修正马歇尔法”以湿劈裂强度峰值确定冷补沥青混合料的最佳冷补沥青用量是合适的;掺加适量RAPM后基质沥青冷补沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度、贯入剪切强度、劈裂强度有显著提高,RAPM掺量达到30%~40%时基质沥青冷补混合料的各项路用性能、抗松散性能和疲劳寿命达到峰值,但是掺加RAPM对SBS改性沥青冷补混合料低温性能、水稳定性和疲劳性能有劣化影响,在RAPM掺量小于40%时,添再生料的冷补沥青混合料路用性能依然良好。稀释剂对老化SBS改性沥青有再生功能,将RAPM应用于冷补沥青混合料可有效提升废旧沥青路面材料的再生利用价值,保障冷补沥青混合料的使用寿命。 In order to diversified and efficient use of recycled asphalt pavement material(RAPM),considered that the diluent in the cold rehydration solution has the function of regenerating aged asphalt,applying RAPM to matrix asphalt and SBS modified cold patch asphalt mixture,based on the indoor experiment study the proportion of cold patch asphalt mixture design method,study the mechanical performance and road performance and fatigue characteristics of cold patch asphalt mixture,add reworked material and verify the technical feasibility of the cold patch asphalt mixture.The results show that,the wet splitting strength is sensitive to the content of cold filling asphalt,and it is appropriate to determine the optimal cold filling asphalt content with the peak value of wet splitting strength by the“modified Marshall method”.After adding moderate RAPM matrix asphalt cold patch asphalt mixture Marshall stability,penetration shear strength,splitting strength significantly increased,RAPM content reaches 30%~40%matrix road in all kinds of cold patch asphalt mixture is,loosely resistance and fatigue life of peak,but adding RAPM of SBS modified asphalt cold mixture performance at low temperature,water stability and fatigue performance degradation,when RAPM content less than 40%,add reworked material road of cold patch asphalt mixture is still good.Diluent has regeneration function on aged SBS modified asphalt.applied RAPM to cold patch asphalt mixture can effectively improve the recycling value of waste asphalt pavement materials and guarantee the service life of cold patch asphalt mixture.
