一种口罩过滤效率测试仪的研制

Development of the Face Mask’s Filter Efficiency Tester

本文研究了一种新型的口罩过滤效率测试仪。分析了口罩过滤效率测试仪的工作原理和系统结构;研究了基于激光技术的光度计检测传感器;设计了用于口罩过滤效率测试仪的气溶胶发生装置。开发了一种基于激光光度计检测原理和双光度计结构的口罩过滤效率测试仪,可以对口罩的过滤效率和阻力进行测量。实验结果表明该仪器性能稳定,数据准确,检测精度高。

A new type of filter efficiency tester for face mask is developed.The system structure and principle is discussed in first,and then we design one type of photometer sensor based laser diode for this filter efficiency tester.The aerosol generator setup is also designed.Experiment result show the tester does well and can be used to test and monitor face mask’s filter efficiency.
