基于“工业锅炉能效测试数据计算与管理平台”数据,对2019年工业锅炉定型产品能效测试结果进行了统计分析,测试热效率算术平均值为92.64%,测试容量以2~8t/h最多,测试平均热效率随容量呈现出先升高后降低的趋势。测试燃料类型中,以燃气锅炉为主,测试数量占总台数的近60%。不同燃料类型锅炉的测试热效率由低到高依次是生物质锅炉,燃煤锅炉,燃油锅炉,燃气锅炉和电加热锅炉。对于同一种燃料类型,测试热效率基本随锅炉容量呈现升高趋势。

Based on the data of"Calculation and Management Platform for Energy Efficiency Test Data of Industrial Boiler",a statistical analysis of the energy efficiency test results of industrial boiler approved products in 2019 was carried out.In 2019,the arithmetic average of the energy efficiency of industrial boiler approved products is 92.64%.The number of products with a capacity of 2-8t/h is the largest.The average energy efficiency increases with the boiler capacity and then decreases.Among the tested fuel types,gas-fired boilers arc the main type,and the number of tests accounts for nearly 60%of the total number.The average energy efficiency of industrial boilers with different fuel types from low to high is in order from biomass-fired boilers,coal-fired boilers,oil-fired boilers,gas-fired boilers and electric heating boilers.For the same fuel type,the average energy efficiency basically increases with the boiler capacity.
